PATH
1.
Turning Toward God
Devotion begins.
The mind looks outward and says:
“There is God, and I love Him.”
God still appears separate.
Yet the heart has begun
to turn inward.
2.
Surrendering to God
Trust deepens.
The burden of personal control
begins to fall away.
“Everything belongs to God.”
Less personal doership.
Life begins to feel guided.
The heart no longer struggles
to carry the world alone.
3.
Loving Only God
Devotion becomes one-pointed.
Other desires begin to fade.
“God alone matters.”
Attention withdraws
from the world.
The mind grows quieter.
What once seemed important
slowly loses its hold.
4.
Becoming One with God
The sense of separation weakens.
“God is not separate from me.”
The “I” and “God”
begin to dissolve.
Devotion turns inward completely.
Here devotion
turns into knowing.
5.
Being the Self
No seeker remains.
No God as “other.”
Only pure being remains:
“I am.”
This is the highest devotion.
No relationship.
Only reality.
